"I contacted this repair facility to repair my Akai Pro keyboard. Also, they bet not sell my speakers while we are sorting through the mess. Anytime your dealing with a change you have to inform the customer for approval. It's not like we don't have the funds it's the fact you did a service without informing us of the change. ( So what your going to take the piece out and put my old piece back in that probably was already discarded.) So now we have to call the manufacturer to see what needs to be done.

Then the guy replies to us after going back and forth I can just take the piece out and give you speakers back. This is what we was simply trying to say. We received no phone call informing us to see if we still wanted to proceed with the repair as ALL BUSINESS SHOULD FOR ANY CHANGES. So the associate/owner says because warranty rejected it. So why is there a cost? We was told we was due a refund. So at this point we are confused because we was told it was under warranty. When we get to the store we was told there was a balance. So yesterday they called and said the speakers was ready.

We waited additional months for the speakers to be fixed. We said cool and was told we would be refunded the money when we pick up the speakers. When finally getting in touch with them we was told that the part would take just as long as the warranty part to come and was asked for the proof of purchase. Even paid half for both speakers up front.We waited for weeks and no call from the company and on top of that no one answered the phones for the longest. They said yes so we told them let's go that route. "When we first took my fiance speakers to get fixed through warranty we was told that the parts would take months to come in so we decided to see if this company could fix the part outside of warranty.
